Hockey Ladder: Using standard hockey lines, the athlete starts in a push-up position, with their hands on the 23-meter/25-yard line. Athlete moves to the first proximity mark and returns to the 23, moves to the circle-line and returns to the 23, moves to the stroke mark and returns to the 23, moves to the goal-line and finishes when their torso reaches the 23. The athlete reaches the required marks with one or both of their feet, not their hands. Repeat the pattern dribbling.
