Instructor: Nandini Karunmuni (MSc).

Nandini is a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher (qualified through the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA) and has a Master’s degree in Health Promotion Studies from the University of Alberta. She is an affiliate member at the Centre for Healthy Communities (University of Alberta), and she has published several academic and non-academic articles related to Buddhist theory. She has had a dedicated daily meditation practise for close to 20 years, and she currently teaches Buddhism and mindfulness practices to children and youth at the Alberta Insight Meditation (AIM) Centre.
