Please complete the survey below to sign-up by Friday, October 28th @ Noon for the Council Rock Aquatic Club swim meet on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Then, if you have not already done so, please goto sign-up genius and select a volunteer position to fill.

Once the deadline closes above, I will send a list to the distribution list of those swimmers who have signed up or out. If, for some reason your child does not appear on this list, you will have until 4 PM on Tuesday, November 10th to fill out this form again.
