Trail Volunteer Sign-Up
Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering. I would love to have you or your team on the trails but I have a few questions first. Whether you are an individual or a group, please fill out the form below and I will be in touch. Below are some tips and a few answers to common questions.

1.) What does a typical volunteer day entail?

While no two volunteer days are the same here are some common volunteer tasks: Clipping/Pruning trees bushes blocking the trails. Raking trail heads, cleaning the trail of debris. Moving materials to improve the trail surface. Helping build small bridges. Cutting and removing invasive species.

2.) What should I bring/wear?

Volunteering can be dirty work, please wear appropriate attire, close toed shoes and comfortable clothes. I supply all the tools you will need but feel free to bring any not mechanized tool if you wish. I suggest bringing any personal items especially water food etc. I do have a limited supply of gloves so feel free to bring your own.

3.) Where will trail work be done?

Locations and projects are dependent on the number of participants, how long you wish to volunteer and when you want to volunteer? Once we establish these I will give you directions to the trail we will be working on.

4.) Are there other volunteer opportunities besides the trails?

Not all volunteering can be done on the trails feel free to let us know if you'd like to help at on of our events or in the office. (Note these are subject to specific dates and staff availability)

If you have further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
