We will contact all applicants a maximum of 3 weeks after their application after we have gathered 3 weeks worth of applications and then completed an application process. A second and third round of shortlists will then take place. A successful application is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation e-mail from us.
An invoice will be sent for £80 (fixed fee for 2 days trading - single days are not available) This includes one Skett market set up.
Booking applications are only final once we have received full payment and a completed booking form with all required details.
Arrangement of pitch allocation is at the discretion of the organisers and the organisers decision is final. Special requests for specific pitch locations will only be considered when this may affect the products on offer.
Stall holders are required to use the provided market set up.
All bookings are non-transferable (between events and/or exhibitors).
The organisers accept no responsibility for technical problems which lead to delay or failure of payment.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse any application which does not meet with our specified criteria, without explanation and promptly return the full fees received.
By providing an exhibitor photo, you are agreeing to this being used in promotional material.
This is an OUTDOOR market, makers must be prepared for wet weather and have provisions to protect their work from bad weather.
Load in and set up can commence from 7am and must be complete 9.30am. You must be ready for trading by 10am. If you are going to be late on the day, please telephone Alex Zawadzki as soon as possible. Our contact number is 07985 825 281.
There will be no admittance to the venue before the set-up time provided prior to event.
On arrival at The Albert Dock the organisers will take a register and inform you of your allocated stall location. The organisers plan the allocation of spaces carefully, prior to each event. Under no circumstances should there be any request to switch tables.
On arrival at the venue, please familiarise yourself with the fire exits.
If an exhibitor has not arrived at the venue thirty minutes before the event start time and has not notified the organisers, the allocated table will be removed from the venue. No admittance will be permitted after this time and the full amount paid will be forfeited.
Should there be any significant damage to the site of your pitch or the provided equipment, the exhibitor will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement, and will be refused future bookings.
Any additional free-standing displays must fit within or behind the allocated market place set up (skett) you have paid for.
Due to Health & Safety reasons, strictly no items are to be left/displayed at the sides of or in front of the stall.
Strictly no packing away before the advertised closing time. Stalls are required to be open from 10am - 6pm on Saturday and 10am - 6pm on Sunday.
Please make sure you dispose of your own rubbish and ensure that your allocated space is left clean and tidy, leaving only the equipment provided by the organisers.
This is an outdoor market, pitch holders cannot leave anything overnight at their pitch. Storage provisions are not available at this event.
There are no electrical provisions at this outdoor market.
No radios, or disruptive devices can be used during event.
In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled or the venue becoming unavailable due to circumstances out of our control, we will inform all participating exhibitors at the earliest opportunity and arrange for full refunds to be issued.
Cancellations must be made in writing as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail. We will then confirm receipt of your e-mail and booking cancellation.
