PRICING DISCLOSURE: The current quilting rate is $0.0275 per square inch for standard density edge-to-edge, digital quilting. (Minimum charge per quilt is $50.00.) *

I acknowledge the current quilting rate of $0.0275 per square inch, with a minimum charge of $50 per quilt.

Quilt Dimensions: Please include the width and height of your quilt top in inches. *

Backing Fabric: In order to give you the best results please ensure your backing fabric is a total of 8" wider and 8" longer than your quilt top. This gives me at least a 4" margin on each side of the quilt top and is the minimum amount required to load it onto the longarm properly.

⭐️ All 4 sides of the backing fabric must be squared up and trimmed straight.

Note: If your backing is not square, trimmed, and/or adequately sized, I will fix it for you, which will result in an additional charge on your invoice.

I acknowledge that my backing fabric meets the above requirements and if it does not, I understand I will incur an additional charge.

Thread Preference: I will match the thread to the fabrics in your quilt, most often using neutrals, unless you state otherwise. *

Batting Preference: The high quality batting I keep in stock is on a 93" roll. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per linear inch. For example, if you have a 57" x 72" quilt I will cut 62" of the batting of your choice. Please select your batting choice.

Quilters Dream 100% Cotton Select ($0.44/inch).

Quilters Dream 100% Cotton Supreme ($0.60/inch).

Quilters Dream 80/20 Cotton/Poly Blend ($0.40/inch).

Quilters Dream Puff (exceptionally warm) Poly, ($0.40/inch).

Quilters Dream Bamboo ($0.48/inch).

Quilters Dream Wool ($0.60/inch).

Special order another Quilters Dream option. (Please indicate which kind in the description box below).

I will provide my own high-quality batting. (It must be 5" wider and 5"longer than your quilt top.)

Return Shipping: I have a $3.00 handling fee in addition to the actual shipping charges. I use USPS or UPS to get the cheapest shipping possible for you. Shipping and handling fees will be indicated on your invoice.
