Perth Hills Artisan Markets (the PHAM) 2020 New Application
We are after local handmade only stalls, high quality, amazing work, be you a jam maker an oil producer, candle maker, quilter, artist, knitter, artisan, be creative, or want to showcase a community product, (social media presence even better), so let us see what you can do via your links on the application.
All applicants will be reviewed on their quality and uniqueness of their work, and upon the mix of vendors for the day.
TIME AND VENUE
The events are held from 9.30am till 3pm at the Mundaring Arena.
This is an indoor event, and stallholders will need to provide their own tables, chairs and set up, we require floor length table clothes for all set ups.
Food trucks will be in the carpark or on the verandah if they have a gazebo set up.
STALL SIZE AND COSTS
Stall area is 2.5m (frontage) x 2.5m (storage, sitting).
Upon the “big happy hello” please make payment asap (you do have a 7 day term, failure to pay will cancel your spot).
$80 for our first event back after shut down due to COVID 19 and shared $40, we also have for pension card holders that are over 55 a half price stall offer (we must see current card),normal pricing will resume after August 2020's event of $100 full stall or $50 shared (upon availability), we are also introducing newbie seller fees of $50 for brand new to the market scene and we will require proof that you are new.
$40 food permit is also applicable for shire food permit (we have a special year permit available for $120).
Once payment is made your spot will be confirmed (payment due 7 days from invoice being sent to confirm).
Please inform us in writing, via FB message or email of no-attendance and the reason why.
If you decline your offer of a stall, no fee will apply.
75% refunds are available a month prior to event, half refund two weeks before event and no refund after that time frame.
If you cancel due to double booking we will be charging a cancellation fee of 25%.

2020 sees us opening up more space for artisans, creatives, authors or community groups to hold workshops, so send us an email at

We have had over previous years some amazing authors join us and we are expanding this to have an authors corner for readings and workshops, these stalls/spaces are only $25.
Book 6 events with us in a row and receive 20% discount. Cancelling attending one of these events will put your fee back to normal.
