The City has declared of Civil State of Emergency on homelessness. We urge the Mayor and City Council to stop the sweeps now and support the Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness in their call to immediately allocate $10 million from the City’s emergency funds, creating 1,000 additional shelter beds.
