Es una de las maestras de Yoga mas experimentadas del mundo. 
Galardonada con la certificación Avanzado 2 por el propio B.K.S Iyengar.
Cuenta con muchas décadas de extensa formación con los Iyengar tanto en clases generales y como en clases medicas del Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) de Pune, India. 
Es autora de numerosos libros y artículos, respetada y consultada continuamente por sus conocimientos terapéuticos. 
Es su tercera visita a nuestro estudio.  Estamos felices de tenerla de vuelta por acá!


Lois is one of the most experienced teachers in the world, awarded the Advanced 2 certificate by BKS Iyengar.  She has been attending RIMYI regularly to study with the Iyengar family for over 40 years to general and medical classes. 
She is also the author of numerous books and articles on yoga therapeutics, and is constantly being consulted for her vast knowledge on the subject.
This is Lois’ third visit to our studio.  We are so happy to have her back!
