Come meet the Tarot in new and welcoming ways. We’ll share Tarot lore and practice, take a deep dive into decks, cards, and spreads, and emerge with a deepened awareness and appreciation for this amazing tool.
Now is the moment for divination – for drawing forth the divine. Tarot offers a much-needed perspective into the arc of our lives, so dust off your quarantine blues, pull out your deck, and let’s get dive in together.

- Intuitive vs book readings
- Deep work with specific cards
- Building a devotional practice using Tarot
- Tarot games & story-telling
- Tarot trance journeys
- Using Tarot archetypes for focused growth and achievement

LAURIE LOVEKRAFT (she/her) is a priestess, performer, writer, and lover of Tarot. For the past 30 years she has studied Reclaiming Tradition, Wicca, Thelema, Tibetan Buddhism, and Feri Tradition. Laurie is a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California’s Department of Religious Studies. She has written for the Huffington Post’s Religion section and was profiled in the book Modern Pagans (RE/Search Publications). A graduate of the Berkeley Psychic Institute’s Women’s Clairvoyant Program, Laurie co-founded Reclaiming LA and Redwood Magic Family Camp.
GEORGE FRANKLIN (he/they) studies magical history in his spare time, and is writing a novel about Tarot. He teaches and organizes at several WitchCamps including Witchlets in the Woods and Redwood Magic Family Camp.
