Rõõm näha, et tunned huvi võtta osa AniMatsuri cosplay võistlusest, mis toimub pühapäeval, 21. juulil. Selleks, et kõik läheks võimalikult ladusalt meie kõigi jaoks, palume läbi lugeda kogu registreerimisprotsessi tutvustava teksti. Oleme sel aastal mõningaid asju muutnud ja täpsustanud. Aga ilma pikema jututa, alustame siis olulisemast:
Registreerimiseks tuleb täita see avaldus siin, mitte hiljemalt kui 7. juulil 2024 kell 23.59 GMT+4.
NB: Tähtaeg on 2 nädalat enne üritust. Palun võtke tähtaega tõsiselt, hilisemalt registreerinuid ei võida arvestada!
Lisaks avaldusele on oluline lisada oma taustamuusika MP3 failina ning esitlusest palume saata video:
Taustaheli (muusika ja/või dialoog) palume eelnevalt lõigata teile sobivasse vormi ja pikkusesse, salvestada ühe MP3 failina ja lisada Google Drive’i meediakausta (vt. avaldust). Laval ei ole võimalik kasutada mikrofone.
Video palume laadida üles kas Youtube’i (privaatse videona) või mõnda pilveteenusesse (Dropbox, Google Drive jne). Kui avalduse esitamise ajaks ei ole etteastest videot olemas, siis palume edastada lingi videole hiljemalt 10. juuli 2024 (23.59 GMT+4) aadressile cosplay@animatsuri.eu. E-maili pealkirjaks palume panna “AniMatsuri 2023 cosplay võistluse video - lavanimi” ning meili panna oma nimi, lavanimi ja etteaste nimi. Video kvaliteet ei ole oluline ning selleks ei pea olema täiskostüümis. Juhul kui teil on rekvisiite (prop’id), siis oleks hea, kui te need videosse paneksite, siis teame, kuidas saame laval teid aidata! Tegu ei pea olema etteaste lõppversiooniga, välja arvatud juhul, kui etteastega toimuvad suuremad muutused (sellisel juhul on vaja teavitada cosplay meeskonda hiljemalt 10. juuli kell 23.59 (GMT+4)).
Me armastame varaseid registreerijaid! Nii jääb sul aega idee ja kostüümi veel paremaks tegemiseks. Kui registreerid enne tähtaega ja sul on selleks hetkeks näidata vaid osa kostüümist ning palju entusiasmi, siis on see väga hea! Kogenud cosplayerid festivali korraldajate ja võitjate hulgast annavad sulle hea meelega nõu. Tähtis on ainult see, et registreerimistähtajaks oleks kõik enam-vähem valmiskujul olemas. Eks kõik võistlejad lihvivad oma etendust viimase hetkeni.
Korraldajatena jätame me endale õiguse esinemiste arvu piirata. Ootame kokku 50 etteastet. Kui saadetud avaldusi on kõvasti rohkem kui 50, jätame endale õiguse otsustada, kes lavale pääseb, kasutades infot teie avalduses (eriti tööprotsessi pilte ja videot). Kuna AniMatsuri tunneb endiselt uhkust selle üle, et laseb iga kogemustasemega cosplayeril osaleda, rakendame eelmainitud varianti vaid viimases hädas
Igal aastal on festivalil väga palju külalisi, kes ei julge võistlusest osa võtta, samas käivad ringi väga heades cosplay kostüümides. Ole julge ja registreeri ennast – sa oled tegelikult väga tubli ja su kostüüm on vinge!

Hi, dear cosplayer!
It is nice to see that you are interested in participating in the AniMatsuri cosplay competition
on the 21st of July (Sunday). So that everything goes smoothly from your and our side, please be sure to read all of the text that you find in this application. We have changed some things this year. But without further ado, let's start with the most important:
To participate in the competition, please fill out this application form latest by the
7th of July 2024 23:59 GMT+4.Note: The deadline is 2 weeks before the event. Please take the deadline seriously, later applications will not be accepted!
In addition to the application, it is important to add the selected background music as an MP3 file and provide a video of your performance.
We ask you to edit your background sounds (music and/or dialogue) to the form and length suited for you, save it as a single MP3 file, and add it to a Google Drive media folder (see the application). It is not possible to use microphones on stage.
We ask you to upload the video of your performance either to Youtube (as a private video) or to a cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive etc). In case you don’t have the video done by the time you apply or you don’t have a Google account to modify the application later, please send us a link to your video no later than 10th of July 2024 (23:59 GMT+4) to cosplay@animatsuri.eu. As the subject of the email please put “AniMatsuri 2023 cosplay competition video – yourstagename” and in the email please mention your full name, stage name and the name of the performance. The quality of the video does not matter and you don't need to be in full costume for the video. If you have props, our cosplay team would really appreciate it if you could involve them in your video, that way we can support you better on stage!). Please also note that the video does not have to be the latest version of what you are about to do on stage unless there is a drastic change (in which case you have to inform our cosplay team the latest by 10th of July at 23:59 (GMT+4)).
We love early registration! This way you will have time for improving your ideas and costumes. If you register before the deadline but can only show a work-in-progress costume and a lot of enthusiasm, that’s wonderful! Experienced cosplayers among the organisers and winners of the festival are happy to give you advice. What’s important is that everything is more or less ready by the deadline. Everyone polishes their performance till the last moment, after all.
As organizers we reserve the right to restrict the number of performances. We are aiming for up to 50 performances in total. If the number of submissions is much higher than this, we reserve the right to use the information in your submissions (especially your work-in-progress photos and video) to choose who gets to go on stage. However, AniMatsuri still prides itself on letting cosplayers of all experience levels participate and we will only use this option as a last resort!
Every year we have festival visitors who do not dare to take part in the competition but walk around, clad in fantastic costumes. Gather up your courage and register – in reality, you have done a great job and your costume is epic!In case you have any questions, please feel free to ask us at
