The Neurodivergent Employee Resource Community is a supportive space primarily for Rowan faculty and staff who identify as neurodivergent or are exploring their neurodivergence. Neurodiversity refers to the full spectrum of cognitive, learning, behavioral, and social differences found across the human population. Neurodivergence describes individuals whose thinking or processing may differ from socially established norms. This may include (but is not limited to) those with experiences related to ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or Tourette syndrome.
This group is dedicated to fostering community, connection, and belonging, while providing a space for neurodivergent employees to share resources and engage in meaningful discussions about their lived experiences at Rowan.
All meetings will be held virtually. If you identify as neurodivergent—or are simply curious and want to learn more in a respectful and supportive environment—you are welcome here!
