Free Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strips
Reproductive Access & Direct Service Collective (RADSC) is a student group on Hampshire College campus dedicated to providing free reproductive health and harm reduction resources to our community. You can request fentanyl test strips and Narcan by filling out the form below. If you were looking for the form to request emergency contraception or pregnancy tests click here.

Our hours of operation are 4:30PM-11PM on Friday and 9AM-11PM Saturday and Sunday. RADSC cannot provide medical services or advice. If this is a medical emergency please call 911 immediately.

To receive the kit (either Narcan or fentanyl test strips or both) -
Delivery - Please provide a location on Hampshire's main campus for the kit to be delivered to. It is most helpful to be as specific as possible to eliminate confusion. Please provide a range of time (in hours and including the day you expect it) to be able to receive the kit- it can be you or someone else.
Drop-Off - There is a plastic box with a green lid and white sides located in the back of the Kern building near the free little library and donation shelf. This box belongs to RADSC and is the drop-off location for the kits.
Once this form is submitted, your kit will be placed by one of our members within five hours from the time of submission. For example, if you request the kit at 10 AM on a Saturday, expect the kit to be there by 3 PM at the latest.

Would you like to provide contact information to communicate about the kit? (This is completely optional and will not affect our efforts to deliver/drop off a kit, but might make things smoother in case of hitches)
