For over 20 years, Hibernian Hall has been a trusted home for performances, celebrations, meetings, and community gatherings, hosting an average of 25 events each month. Our experienced, on-site team is eager to support you every step of the way, from planning through production. Submitting this form helps us understand your vision and how we can best assist you. 
Please note that this form does not constitute a rental agreement; your event will be confirmed once an agreement is signed and the required deposit is received.

Rental Rates, Dates & Hours 

Hibernian Hall’s rental rates reflect our commitment to providing a fully supported, professionally staffed space for gatherings, celebrations, and creative work. All listed rental rates are based on an 8-hour rental minimum. Events requiring fewer than 8 hours are welcome and are priced at the 8-hour rate. 

Base rates include exclusive access to the Hall, event staffing, technical support, tables, chairs, AV, and setup and breakdown, allowing you to focus on your event and your guests. Liability insurance is not included and must be secured by the renter. 

Off-Peak Season (January–March, July–August) 

  • Monday-Wednesday: $2950 (8 hours)
  • Thursday/Sunday: $3250 (8 hours)
  • Friday/Saturday: $3500 (8 hours)

Peak Season (April–June, September–December)

  • Monday–Wednesday: $3,500 (8 hours)
  • Thursday / Sunday: $3,750 (8 hours)
  • Friday / Saturday: $4,000 (8 hours)

Optional Enhancements & Additional Fees

The following optional services are available upon request and may be added to your rental based on event needs and availability. These services are not included in the base rental rate and will be reflected in your final rental agreement.

Event Lighting: Custom lighting enhancements to support performances, presentations, or ambiance.

Custom Stage Configuration: Stage sizes other than the standard 12’ × 16’.

Linens: Table linens for seated or catered events.

Kitchen / Conference Room Access: Use of additional spaces, when available.

Marquee Advertising: Exterior marquee display to promote your event.

Final pricing for optional services will be confirmed during the contracting process.

Your rental includes use of a 12’ × 16’ stage. If your event requires a different stage size or configuration, please describe your needs below.

Your rental includes basic room lighting (on/off). If your event requires enhanced or custom lighting such as stage lighting, color washes, or lighting designed for performances or presentations please describe your needs below.

Linens are not included with your rental, and many renters choose to bring their own. If you prefer to use Hibernian Hall’s linens, please indicate below and note the quantity needed

Kitchen Access
Hibernian Hall has a fully equipped kitchen that many renters use to support catering and food service during their events. Kitchen access is not included in the base rental. If your event will require use of the kitchen, please indicate below.

3rd Floor Conference Room Access
Hibernian Hall has a 3rd floor conference room across from the Hall that accommodates up to 30 people. The room includes tables and chairs (which can be removed if needed) and a TV/Projector, and is often used as additional event space, meeting space, or a breakout room. Conference room access is not included in the base rental. If your event would benefit from use of the conference room, please indicate below.

Marquee Signage
Hibernian Hall features a lit exterior marquee at the front of the building, offering high visibility and a welcoming way to showcase your event to the surrounding neighborhood and passersby. The marquee includes two exterior signage encasements, each measuring 24.5” H × 53” W, and is frequently used by renters to highlight performances, celebrations, and community gatherings. Marquee signage is not included in the base rental. If you would like to reserve the marquee for your event, please indicate below.

Example: Floor 1 = 2 Round Tables, Floor 2 = 10 chairs, Floor 3: 4 cocktail tables, Floor 4: No tables or chairs.
