Cell Phone Free Agreement *Pouch Opt Out
If your child does not ever plan to bring a phone, smartwatch or bluetooth headphones/AirPods into the building, and you would like to opt out of the responsibility of a Yondr Pouch assigned to them, please complete the following form.

If in the future your child does have one of these devices and need to obtain a Yondr Pouch, please contact Sam Baird in the front office at sbaird@huusd.org before you arrive at school with a phone.
