Thank you for taking the time to recognise outstanding talent and contributions to gospel and Christian music in our community. This form allows you to nominate an individual, band, or organisation for an award. Please provide as much detail as possible to help our panel assess the nominee’s achievements.

To be eligible, the nominee must:

Be active in music industry within the Gospel or Christian music genre.
Create, perform, or promote faith-based music, including worship, contemporary Christian, or gospel.
Have a strong connection (resident or significant industry impact).
Demonstrate excellence through performances, recordings, or industry contributions.
Make a positive impact on the community or music industry.
Provide supporting materials, such as music links, media coverage, or testimonials.

All submissions must be made by Midnight on the Closing Date: 22nd May 2025
