Long Reach Sustainable Landscape Tour
We are so excited to celebrate Earth Day 2021 by showing off sustainable landscaping practices of all sorts throughout Long Reach!
If you have a sustainable practice that you would like to show off to your neighbors, we'd love to hear from you so that we can add your home or HOA community to the Long Reach Sustainable Landscape Tour, held from April 22nd - 25th. We want to celebrate the positive impact that these practices have on our village, and also be able to share examples with our neighbors so that they may be inspired to try similar techniques. Whether you live in a single family home or a community of townhomes, apartments, or condos, we want to hear from you if you or you community have a sustainable practice.
The tour itself will be a relaxed, self-guided tour, to be completed over the course of 4 days (Earth Day - the weekend for limited hours). We'll provide a sign for hosts to show that their yards are open for the tour. We will also ask that you provide us with a written description to share your excitement about your landscape! (More specific details will be given closer to the tour date. We may ask you to share a video if you would like as well.)
