Family Fun & Fitness 2020 Online Registration
This is pre-registration for Family Fun & Fitness Day to be held on Sunday, January 26, 2020, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., at Faith Church, 1589 11th St N., Wahpeton. Please fill out separate registrations for everyone in your family who will be participating in the sessions. If adults will not be participating (observing or helping youth), just fill out the registration for each youth participating. Open to all youth--does not have to be a member of 4-H.

Please select a different activity for each session.....no repeats please. If a session is full, we will contact you with an alternative activity for that session.

Any youth age 7 and under should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any youth age 8 or over attending without a parent or guardian will need to fill out the health form found at https://www.ag.ndsu.edu/richlandcountyextension/4h-and-youth.

The cost for this event is $5.00 per family--cash or check to Richland County 4-H, payable at the door. Richland County 4-H will also be collecting food items for the Richland/Wilkin Food Pantry!! Thank you!
