The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to presenting stories that convey the richness and diversity of Asian American experiences to the broadest audience possible.

We are thrilled to welcome you to our 42nd Annual CAAMFest that will take place on Thursday, May 9, 2024 to Sunday, May 19, 2024!

CAAMFest is the nation's largest showcase for new Asian and Asian American films and an anchor event celebrating Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in the Bay Area.  We rely on dedicated volunteers such as yourself to make CAAMFest a success. Your time, energy, and support is quite literally what makes this event possible.

We have such an exciting festival planned this year, and we can't wait to have you join us for this year's film, food, and music festivities!

We need volunteers who:

- Can commit to a minimum of THREE (3) x 4 hr shifts over the course of the festival

- Can attend ONE (1) Mandatory Volunteer Orientation in SF on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024

- Are friendly, approachable, and have a can-do attitude

Mandatory Orientation:

Volunteers must attend ONE(1) of the orientations in preparation for this year's festival held at the Screening Room located on the ground floor at the Ninth Street Independent Film Center, 145 9th St, San Francisco, CA 94103:

- Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 10:30 AM-11:30 AM

- Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 6:30 PM-7:30 PM
