Spurwink is a mosaic of individuals, who together comprise our vibrant and brilliant community. Volunteers are a critical piece to keep the mosaic of Spurwink strong and held together – join us on Thursday, June 2, 2022!
Volunteer Opportunities range from 9am - 9pm

Volunteer Training:
Tuesday, May 31, 2022, 12pm - 1pm
Spurwink Admin Office, 901 Washington Ave. Suite 100 Portland, ME 04103 (Rooms 166)
Light refreshments will be provided
* Volunteer Training is Recommended for: Check-In and Check-Out volunteers, Greeters, and Auction volunteers, but all are welcome.

Set Up (9 am to 12 pm) – Help us set up our rentals (tables, chairs, etc.)

Auction Set Up (12 pm to 2 pm) – Assist in arranging our silent auction

*Check-In (3:30 pm to 6 pm) -Greet our guests and help check them in so they can participate in our auction.

*Greeter/vaccine card check (3:30 pm to 6 pm) – Welcome our guests and verify vaccination

*Auction support & spotters (4 pm to 8 pm) -assist attendees with making auction bids utilizing QGiv Online ap and spot bids during our live auction

*Check-Out (7:30 to 8:30 pm) – assist guests with receiving their auction wins and fulfilling their winning bids and paddle raises

Take Down (8 pm to 9 pm) -Help us break down tables and chairs.
