Prize & Giveaway Policy
Sponsored gift giveaways are NOT associated, sponsored nor endorsed by Facebook or Twitter or any other social networking site. On The Scene with Mrs. Kathy King is not responsible for sponsors that do not fulfill their prizes. The sponsor is responsible for shipping sponsored prizes within 30 days of receipt of winners information. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commissions 16 CFR, Part 255 Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials In Advertising.

How many times can I win a Game per Month? You are allowed to win (1) game per week & up to 2 games per month. If you won the maximum amount of time for the week or month you are free to play just for fun. However, if you win your prize will be forfeited and go to the runner up. How many times can I win a Fan Alert per Month? You are allowed to win (1) fan alert per month. Once you have won a fan alert you may continue to play the games, however you may NOT win.

What Information do I Need to Provide to Receive My Prize or Fan Appreciation Gift? Please Click Here to Fill out our Prize Fulfillment form. Please fill out this form completely including the phone number. We will call you directly if we have a question regarding your address or any other information. If we can’t reach you your Prize will not be Sent. We do not share your information with any Third Party Vendors.

How long do I have to claim My Prize or Fan Appreciation Gift? -You have 48 hours to Claim your Prize or Gift by filling out the form above. If you do not claim your prize you are disqualified, and it will be up to On The Scene with Mrs. Kathy King discretion if another winner is selected. – You have 1 week to Claim your Sponsored Gift. If your gift isn’t claimed within 1 week it will be put back into inventory. – On The Scene with Mrs. Kathy King has the right to reduce the prize amount or change the prize to something similar without notice.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Prize or Fan Appreciation Gift? Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for us to process and send out your prize or gift. This time is due to the high volume of prizes we issue Daily.

-Product Prize, Gift Cards: We send  via USPS PRIORITY Flat Rate. On the day we mail them you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking. They will be sent out in  6 - 8 weeks and it takes 2 -3 working days from the date we mail them from our office for your to receive your prize. YOU MUST REPORT ALL MISSING SHIPMENTS WITHIN 7 DAYS. If a missing shipment is not reported to pr@mrskathyking.com within 7 days the shipment will NOT be replaced.

-Amazons Card and E-Cards: We send all Amazon Card and E-Cards via email. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks to receive your Amazon Card and E-Cards. Sponsored Gifts, Prizes & Giveaway: Gifts, Prizes and Giveaway items are sent when the event ends by the Sponsors of the event. Therefore please allow 6 - 8 weeks to receive your prize.

Who Do I Contact If I don’t Receive My Prize or Gift in the Time Listed Above? Please submit your concern to pr@mrskathyking.com, if you don’t receive prize or gift within the time periods listed above. We understand that human error does occur and sometimes the post office does lose things. Once we receive your Claim please allow 1 – 3 working days for us to review your claim and get back to you. Our goal is to quickly resolve your issue. If we find that your item was lost in the mail we will resend the item if is still available or substitute it with a prize of the same value that is available in our inventory. Please note we process several prizes a day therefore if we received a claim for prize before the original processing times has expired we will not be able to respond to your claim and this will not speed up the processing time. Please check your dates and the type of prize and the processing time for that prizes. *Please Note claim posted to our Face Book Fan Page will be automatically Deleted.
