Top Learning Needs
In no particular order, what are the top 3 skills needed for employees to be successful on your team?

Think about your team’s current performance and industry trends within the next 2-3 years. What are the skills your team need to master to meet and exceed company expectations? Please provide specific observable behaviors and examples for each skill you mention.

Example: Conflict Resolution skills is vital for our team because we're dealing with multiple cross-functional projects, strong personalities, and pressing deadlines. All the arguing is slowing us down. I think being able to resolve conflict diplomatically and respectfully will help us meet deadlines. An example behavior of strong conflict resolution is the ability to control your emotions during a conversation. I see people walking out of conversations because the other person is yelling and raising their voice. I also notice people deflecting a confrontation or pointing fingers at other people instead of working together to resolve the situation. Sometimes their ego takes over.
