This is a performance nutrition coaching program, not a weight loss or dieting program. In this program, we focus on health and performance promoting behaviors, as well as fueling strategies to help your body feel and perform at its very best. We also place family (or other support system) at the center of the program in order to restore or maintain unity, and help you reach your goals. Are you open to exploring this approach to fueling your body adequately for performance and health? *
Nutrition coaching is both a time and financial commitment. It renews on a month to month basis and a 30 day cancellation notice is required. Although there is no minimum or maximum time commitment, please note that nutrition and performance improvements are a process that take time. Are you serious about investing in you or your child's health and performance? *
