I understand that if demand exceeds open spots, openings are filled via a random lottery, with limited preference (no more than 5% of spots) reserved for founders and faculty students as set forth in state law and our Charter.

I understand that if my child is offered a position and I decide to accept, I must do so by completing the confirmation of enrollment form within 3 days of receiving the form.

I understand that my child must be at least 5 years old on September 1, 2023 to begin kindergarten.

I understand this Franklin Discovery Academy is a school of choice and if I choose to enroll my child, I agree to uphold all Franklin Discovery policies and procedures. This is required for continued enrollment.
