Do you need an early check-in?

Guests will receive their keys from a keybox attached to the rental suite. Before arriving, guests will receive a custom PIN number to access the keybox. The keybox will only be accessible at check-in time or later (i.e., 4 PM), unless early check-in is requested and approved.

Please pay for your stay when you check in, unless the cost of your stay is being picked up by a department on campus. If you wish to pay in cash, the Commons Office is open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM and Saturday 12:00-7:00 PM (summer hours may vary).

I agree with the following cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of check in time. Otherwise, I may be charged for the first night of the reservation.

Pet Policy *

I agree with the following pet policy: Pets are not allowed, including dogs. Any animals other than Service Animals in compliance with the ADA are not allowed. If a guest has an animal in guest housing, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed and the guest will no longer be permitted to rent our units. This is to ensure that our properties stay in the best possible shape and are free from allergens for other guests. *Guests must notify SNU Guest Housing in the Special Request box above if you have a qualified-under-ADA-guidelines Service Animal.
