Campers are expected to follow directions given by counselors and staff, to participate in all activities, and to not impede the activities of teachers, counselors, and other campers. Campers are expected to follow the schedule they receive on the first day of camp; no changes will be made once camp begins. While class preferences will be taken into account, they cannot be guaranteed (some classes will fill, others may not run).
Behaviors that will not be tolerated at Northwest Girlchoir include: bullying; disruptive or disrespectful conduct toward campers or staff; verbal abuse or harassment; racial or sexual harassment; fighting or physical attacks on campers or staff; and criminal behavior (e.g. theft, drug use, destruction of property, firearms possession). If a camper chooses behavior in conflict with Northwest Girlchoir rules, the staff may intervene in the following ways: camper will be asked to change/improve their behavior; camper may be removed from activity; counselor will contact parents by phone; and counselor and Camp Supervisor/Artistic Director will meet with camper and/or parents. Serious or repeated misconduct will result in a camper being dismissed from the duration of camp; no refunds will be given.
