$30 entry fee

Prizes for Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd and a people’s choice awards.

Event Timing: Saturday, June 15, 2024, following the end of the Old Fort Days Parade.

Once your application is submitted, the event coordinator will review your application. We reserve the rights to reject applicants as necessary. Applications will be reviewed in the order of submission. once your application is reviewed, the event coordinator will contact you to inform you of approval status. Online payments are accepted once the application is accepted.

Release of Liability

As a participating member in the 2024 Old Fort Days Billy the Kid Car Show, I, herby release the De Baca County Chamber of Commerce/Fort Sumner Chamber of Commerce; the committee/chairs/volunteers/ sponsors/event coordinator/ village of Fort Sumner/ and Classy Creations from any liability whatsoever including physical injury, death, or damage to any property which could occur as a result of my participation in this event. I further extend this Release of Liability to the heirs and executors and further certify that I am in good health and feel physically able to participate in the event. I give my permission to Classy Creations and to the Debaca County Chamber of Commerce to use any footage which may be capture in video or photographic medium for the promotion and adverting for any future events without my prior consent or for any compensation for use.
