This learning experience is designed for anyone who supports children and young people including: social workers, foster care workers, case managers, parents, foster parents, school leaders, school administrators, professional educators, superintendents, ESC leaders, school mental health professionals, and professional school counselors.
What:
This "choose-your-own-adventure" experiential learning retreat will include sessions on leadership, self-preservation, self-compassion, and stress management. Participants can expect intentional time exploring nature, art, movement, communication and leadership styles. Teams are encouraged to attend.
