📦 Subscription & Ordering Process
Subscription – Complete our Subscription Form to gain access to weekly produce availability and pricing.
Meet – We will email you to schedule a call or in-person meeting for you to share your produce needs, delivery frequency, and set payment terms.
Order – Every Monday, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Order Form with produce availability and pricing.
📅 Start Date: The Order Form will open on October 6th, 2025.

Ordering Process
Step 1 – Place Your Order:
Customize your order and add extras from our seasonal offerings. Minimum order: $150.

⏰ Tuesday, 10:00 PM – The Order Form closes, and all orders are finalized.
A copy of your order will be sent to your email.
Step 3 – Order Confirmation
We will confirm product availability and quantities from your submitted order within 12 hours.
Step 4 – Delivery
🚚 Following Monday (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM) – If that time does not work for you, please
send us an email and we will find a solution.
Orders are delivered to your designated address in Santa Clara County.
Step 5 – Invoice
Your invoice will be emailed to you on the day of delivery.

If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately so you can select a replacement or add another product. *Occasionally, unexpected circumstances may make certain produce unavailable; if this happens, we will communicate changes right away.
