2020 Schools of the Future Conference - Student Call For Proposals
This year the Schools of the Future Conference will include student presentations on both conference days, October 26 and 27, 2020. Student presentations will be scheduled according to the date preference noted in the form, but may be scheduled during any of the session blocks (between 10:30 am - 4:00 pm).

The purpose of these sessions is to give students the opportunity to teach the teachers. Student proposals should address best teaching practices and should inspire thinking about learning from the student's perspective. All proposals can include up to 3 students and must include 1 teacher who will serve as an advisor and point person.

Presenter Discounts and Registration Options for Accepted Proposals:

Unregistered Presenters:
The presenter group can opt to attend just for their presentation, free of charge. In this instance, presenters will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their allotted time and head directly to their assigned presentation room. At the conclusion of the presentation, the group would need to depart the Convention Center. Note: lunch will not be included for unregistered presenters.

Registered Presenters:
If your presenters would like to attend the full conference day, they will need to register. This option allows the group to participate fully in the conference and includes all meals and snacks throughout the day. The Student Presenter 1-day fee is $50. The teacher will receive a discount equivalent of 50% off the Early Bird Rate, making the ticket price $176 for 2-days and $88 for one day. Please note that the conference does not cover any travel expenses (hotel, airfare or other) for presenters.
