I understand that the Macklin Center for Leadership and Communication is not responsible for loss or damage to any items stored in the locker. I acknowledge that lockers can only be accessed during Macklin Center business hours by borrowing the locker’s key from an office representative, and that I must return the key prior to departure (there will be a $10 key replacement fee in the event that the key is lost while in a group’s possession). We will not store perishable items or items that pose security risks in the locker. I confirm that the locker will only be used to store items related to the student group.
