St. Louis Summer School 2025 (July 2- 28) Course Selection Form - Online (eLearning) 

TO COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION YOU WILL NEED:
 
1. Your PERSONAL EMAIL address (NOT school board email address)
2. Your OEN (9 digit Ontario Education Number- located on the top of your transcript, CCS or report card)
3. Your current Guidance Counsellor's school email address.
4. Non-WCDSB current high school students must send a counselling summary to St Louis guidance, and complete the Guidance Intake Form (available on the St. Louis website).
5. NEW to St. Louis Adult students must complete the Guidance Intake Form and upload your documents.

Online (e-Learning) Schedule:
Full credit courses - July 2-28 (Mon-Fri) 
Half credit online courses: Term 1 July 2-15th, Term 2 July 15th -28th
All courses are 6 hours/day. Final exams/culminating activities are online.

* If there is a problem with your course selection or a change in the schedule you will be contacted by email.
* Courses may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or staffing.
* By recording your personal email in the line below, you will automatically receive a copy of your registration.  If you do not receive an automatic reply, please contact St Louis Guidance 519 745-1201 ext. 211.  
* Students registering for online courses will receive login information approximately one week prior to the start of the course.

Online  HALF CREDIT Course Offerings (6 hours/day)
Please NOTE: There are 2 terms for civics and careers:
Term 1: July 2-15
Term 2: July 15- 28
Students will be notified by email of their placement in one or both of the half credit courses.

Course Selection
You can choose 1 FULL CREDIT course OR 1 or 2 HALF CREDIT online courses.

Civics and careers are half credit online courses - you can take one or both.  
If you take both civics and careers, you will take one in Term 1 (July 2-15am) and the other in Term 2 (July 15pm - 28).

Online  Half credit course (civics and/or careers):
Start Date Term 1: Tuesday, July 2 - Final Exam/Culminating Activity : Tuesday July 15
Start Date Term 2:  Tuesday July 15 -  Final Exam/Culminating Activity: Monday July 28

Your login, teacher information and course section will be sent to you one week before the start of class.

Students on a waitlist (WL) will be notified when a spot opens up.
