Thank you for your interest STEMful after-school program, the Curiosity Club. Please take a moment to fill out the information. You may pick and choose your days, but you must maintain these days until you make a change request by filling out the Change Request Form.

Once we receive your information we will send you next steps to confirm your spot by paying for a registration fee $250, full month program and material fees per student to lock in your spot.

The monthly program fee (see below) and material fee ($30) are flat fees will be billed automatically at the beginning of each month. We do not prorate for missed days or sick days. We follow SFUnified School District calendar.

What kind of pick-up service do you need? *

STEMful Staff pick up at school (available only for Dolores Huerta, Junipero Serra and Junipero Serra Annex). A pick-up authorization form will be provided to you prior to the start of the school year.

Car Service (available to schools within a 1-3 mile radius from STEMful) - additional fee of $26/ride and can accommodate up to 4 children from the same school - fee will be charge by STEMful on the same day. More information will be provided to you in an email.

Pay initial registration fee of $250 per new student to the afterschool program.

Pay the first month program and material fees to secure a spot.

I understand I must submit a cancellation to afterschool@stemful-sf.com 10 business days prior to the 1st of the month. You will receive a refund minus a transaction fee when your spot is filled.

I understand that the monthly program and material fees are a flat fee and are non-refundable for missed days.

I understand there are no prorates, unless otherwise noted.

I understand that if my child is sick children, she or he must stay home until symptoms are resolved.

I understand STEMful may change certain policies at anytime to reflect updated Department of Public Health guidelines, and they will inform me of the policy changes.

I acknowledge there are no afterschool programs offered on the following Blackout Days: 1/17 (Martin Luther King Jr), 1/31-2/1 (Lunar New Year), 3/28-4/1 (Spring Break), 5/30 (Memorial Day)
