Saturday, April 9th
Join us for an afternoon of pen to paper. There will be two open journaling classes. Please feel free to attend either or both workshops!
KIDS: Bring your kiddo(s) in for some stress free mindful journaling. During this 1-hr workshop, your children will create and decorate their own journals + be guided through some journaling prompts focused on mindfulness and goal setting!
ADULTS: Take an hour to take care of YOU. This workshop will be focused on gratitude, mindfulness and intention setting. We will take the space to decorate our journals and then be guided through mindful journaling prompts. After each prompt, we will take the space to connect with one another in conversation about the topic we are exploring with the community in attendance
Journaling Classes are gatherings centered around self-care and mindfulness with an emphasis on putting pen to paper. Journaling classes was built off of three pillars: advocating for mental health, sharing the power of journaling and the value in human connection and community.
This class is perfect for those that are new to journaling, have been doing it as a daily practice and everything in-between.
