In this form you will be asked to identify whether you would like to be a mentee or mentor, what you would like to get out of the program, time commitments you would be able to make to the program, and some personal contact information.
Your information will be kept confidential and will only be accessed by the individuals facilitating the program. The deadline to apply to this program is February 20, 2019 by midnight.
To complete the program, the following items are a “must-do” from the mentee and mentor. The program facilitator will check-in with the pairs once a month to ensure that they are working towards these requirements.
1. Develop and sign a contract agreeing to what will be worked on in the next four months; 2. Meet in person or via. video-call at least once a month;3. Attend an IABC Ottawa event and have the mentor introduce the mentee to other professionals in the community; and4. Have the mentee teach the mentor something new.
