An invitation: Harbor Me Community Book Discussion
On the heels of our March 2021 CAS presentation "Race, Equity & Books: How Reading Can Be an Entry Point for Essential Conversations," Scotts Ridge MS (Ridgefield) and Rogers Park MS (Danbury) administrators, librarians, and students are reading "Harbor Me" by Jacqueline Woodson in a "One Book One Community" book group.

A limited number of CASL members are invited to help nurture inter-district student book discussions across CT by being observers of our program. Learn how to replicate this endeavor in your community! We'll share resources and include you in 2 virtual and 1 in-person meeting.

All meetings are held at 3 pm. (Max 5 CASL members. First come, first served. Submit this form to sign up.)
VIRTUAL 1/12/22 w SRMS
VIRTUAL 2/10/22 w SRMS & RPMS
VIRTUAL 4/28/22 w SRMS & RPMS
LIVE in-person meeting either at SRMS or RPMS in May, date TBD.
