RULES:
* Event is held rain or shine, unless severe weather causes the city to cancel the event.
*Booth fees are non-refundable. In the event the city has to cancel the event, the booth fees are forwarded to the next event. If you are unable to attend for any reason while the event is still held, then booth fees will be forfeited. Please let us know if you are not able to attend after you have committed.
*Payments can be made by check (mailed or dropped off) or credit card (in person or over the phone). NO CASH PLEASE. We cannot accept payments for booths at or during the event.
*Please be respectful. We will not tolerate rude vendors. If we receive complaints of vendors being rude to other vendors or volunteers, we will give one (1) verbal warning. If complaints continue you will not be able to return. This includes anyone that you have working with you or during set up/down times.
*Vendors should provide their own 6- or 8- foot table(s), chairs, and pop-up tent. Each booth is roughly 10ft X 10ft. *
