The Oat Tree Festival will be on October 25th 2025. The event will be from 2:00 PM  to 8:00 PM. Set up time will begin at 11:00 AM. Vehicles must be moved from around the pavilion area no later than 1:45 PM.

BOOTH FEES
Outdoor space is open, and there will be no indoor space is limited.
Booth spaces are roughly 10ft X 10ft and will be assigned accordingly. *

Please call Lone Oak City Hall at 903-662-5116 ext. 202 and pay for your booth. Let Susie know that you are paying for the booth at the Oak Tree Festival, and make sure to provide the name used on this form so that we make sure to mark the payment. *
RULES:
* Event is held rain or shine, unless severe weather causes the city to cancel the event.

*Booth fees are non-refundable. In the event the city has to cancel the event, the booth fees are forwarded to the next event. If you are unable to attend for any reason while the event is still held, then booth fees will be forfeited. Please let us know if you are not able to attend after you have committed.

*Payments can be made by check (mailed or dropped off) or credit card (in person or over the phone). NO CASH PLEASE. We cannot accept payments for booths at or during the event.

 *Please be respectful. We will not tolerate rude vendors. If we receive complaints of vendors being rude to other vendors or volunteers, we will give one (1) verbal warning. If complaints continue you will not be able to return. This includes anyone that you have working with you or during set up/down times.

*Vendors should provide their own 6- or 8- foot table(s), chairs, and pop-up tent. Each booth is roughly 10ft X 10ft. *
