This membership, once activated, will be valid from January 1 through December 31, 2024.  This membership will not be valid until the parties provide payment to Brazos County Archery Club through cash, check, money order, or PayPal. Members will receive an email containing the gate access code activating their membership.

Indemnification Agreement
In consideration for the use of the property as set forth, the UNDERSIGNED INDIVIDUAL shall indemnify and save harmless the Brazos County Archery Club, its officers and directors and the legal property owner from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, suits or claims of any character, type or description, whatsoever, sustained by any person arising out of the direct or indirect act of any club member, any guest, any invitee, or agent of the club.  Further, none of the indemnified parties shall be liable to the undersigned individual, club member, guest or visitor for damage to person or property due to defects or hazards regardless of whether or not any such defect or hazard may be attributable to negligence of any of the indemnified parties.  The undersigned individual accepts the property as suitable for the purposes stated, accepts the duty and obligation to inspect the property and waives defects or hazards, and agrees to indemnify and hold the indemnified parties harmless from all claims for such damage.

Use of Photography/Media Acknowledgment
I hereby give Brazos County Archery Club consent to record, videotape, and photograph my image and/or voice to be used for the purposes of furthering the promotion of the club and club hosted events.  I understand that no special compensation will be provided to me for use of my image, and that I may not be informed in advance of the specific use of my image.
