Persons over the age of 18 are eligible to register to participate in tours.

All tours are led by a qualified guide.
Each participant must have the requisite equipment appropriate to the tour, as stated on the KOFLER Sport website, Facebook page or Instagram, and/or equipment which is suggested by the guide and is communicated in writing prior to the start of the tour.

• are not being undertaken whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotic substances
• are not being undertaken whilst undergoing treatment following serious bodily injuries or damage (knee/vertebrae/hip/shoulder/cardiac operations etc.) without seeking prior permission from my general practitioner.
I also confirm that I have been acquainted with the nature of the activities in which I will participate and undertake to carry them out according to the instructions of the guide and according to the internal rules of the KOFLER Sport sports agency, which I read prior to signing this statement or which were communicated to me prior to, and during, the activity itself.

75% refunded (or 25% paid) if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to KOFLER Sport between 29 and 10 days prior to the first day of the tour
50% refunded (or 50% paid) if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to KOFLER Sport between 9 and 5 days prior to the first day of the tour
0% refunded (or 100% paid) if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to the guide less than 4 days prior to the first day of the tour
If bad weather or unsuitable conditions force KOFLER Sport to cancel the trip, the company will: a) propose a similar activity at a different place where conditions are better, or b) propose the activity is postponed until a later date, or c) cancel. If the participant refuses option a) the cancellation policy will apply. The decision to cancel a trip due to bad weather can only be made by KOFLER Sport (not the participant). Under exceptional circumstances KOFLER Sport could, however, decide this at its sole discretion, in which case the participant would be refunded.
No refunds will be issued in the event that a participant must leave a tour due to health reasons or they are subject to rescue due to their own actions rather than negligence on the part of the guide.
