with Official Certification by SSBTi.org (Taiwan and Vietnam) and IVL (Swedish Environmental Research Institute)  and Aligned with the International EPD System.

LCA Software (eFootprint) will be provided by Nanozeo.com (Nanozeo Inc.) as the base supply-chain LCA platform for training use. Other professional software such as SimaPro, GaBi, or openLCA will remain subject to participants’ own software licenses or institutional access.

This training program is designed for professionals and organizations seeking to strengthen their capabilities in LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) development, particularly in alignment with EU and international sustainability frameworks：

Authoritative LCA / EPD / CBAM Theory & Standards：Gain valuable first-hand insights into international frameworks, including understanding Product Category Rules (PCRs) and the EPD reporting structure, defining system boundaries, functional units, and data quality principles. Learn about EU verifier and audit alignment requirements and how these connect with CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) obligations.

  2. Practical LCA / EPD Applications：Engage in case-based modeling using GaBi, SimaPro, eFootprint, or openLCA. Develop hands-on skills in data collection workflows, background documentation, and EPD pre-verification and registration preparation aligned with the International EPD System.

  3. Verifier-Oriented Process：Designed to meet the audit and quality criteria of the International EPD System, ensuring that participants produce submission-ready and audit-compliant EPD deliverables recognized by international verifiers.

  4. CBAM and Global Market Integration：Understand the linkage between CBAM requirements and EPD/LCA reporting, and learn how to integrate environmental product data into global compliance systems for EU and international market access.

  5. Small-Group Interactive Learning: The program follows a small-class teaching format with 10–15 participants per group, and up to three classes conducted in parallel. Each session includes structured teacher–student interaction, collaborative exercises, and guided discussions to ensure both technical understanding and practical skill application.

  6. Strong Integration with the EPD System and Long-Term Knowledge Collaboration: Participants will be able to establish direct communication channels with instructors for follow-up project discussions and knowledge sharing. Through SSBTi’s Knowledge Hub and Data Integration Platform, graduates can build long-term LCA/EPD competency, connect with professional consultant teams, and continuously enhance their ability to address diverse global sustainability challenges.

Participants who successfully complete the course and assessment will receive an official certified training in Product Environmental Footprint - LCA/EPD certificate, jointly issued by SSBTi and IVL, aligned with the International EPD System framework.

Format: Online training — participants will receive the access link before the course.
All materials and learning resources will be unlocked upon payment confirmation.
