Lewis Central High School Parking Permit Form
All LCHS students requesting to park in the high school parking lot during the school year are required to  complete this parking registration form and to have a parking permit sticker visible in the rear window of their vehicle at all times.  There is no charge for LCHS students to park in the parking lot. Each vehicle used for transportation is required to have a student parking permit sticker. Stickers are non-transferable but are good for the student's entire time at Lewis Central High School.
