California residents with the following rights related to their personal information, subject to certain exceptions:
1. Access: the right to request access to the personal information that Shipt collects, uses, discloses, sells or shares and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
2. Deletion: the right to request that Shipt delete personal information we have collected from you subject to certain exceptions permissible by the applicable law.
3. Do Not Sell or Share: the right to request that Shipt opt you out of the sale of your personal information, or that Shipt opt you out of the sharing of your personal information for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. Because Shipt does not engage in this activity with the personal information it collects about you as a job applicant, these rights are not available.
4. Correction: If we maintain inaccurate personal information about you, the right to request that Shipt correct that inaccurate personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of the personal information.
