Session Booking Form
Welcome to the Together We Can Summit Open Space booking form. Please complete all fields.

After you complete the form, you will be sent an email containing the information you have inputted and an editable link, so you can change stuff if you need. Once saved, the form will automatically update the public information about your session.

You will not be able to monitor the number of attendees using this platform, whoever comes, comes, just like in face to face Open Space. However, you are welcome to widen your reach by using platforms such as eventbrite in addition to this process for promotion and to get an idea of the number of attendees you might expect.

You can add a session whenever you like, even after the Open Space begins. However, on Monday 23rd May we will be focusing our comms on the Open Space sessions, so you may want to get your session in before that.
