Renting in London

Please read carefully before you continue.

We would like to invite you to participate in this postgraduate research project.

The aim of the project is to look at families' experiences renting in an urban area in the UK. It is hoped that the outcomes will provide some clarity on how households with children are affected by the instability of the private rental market. The research is being carried out among families currently living or who have previously lived in a rental property in an urban area in the UK. Your participation will entail responding to a series of questions, which will take approximately 10 minutes. Your anonymity is guaranteed as any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of this study.

By submitting the questionnaire, you are giving consent to participate in this research. The data you provide in the questionnaire will be used to select participants for interviews. The interview gives an opportunity to get a better understanding of your experiences and concerns about the rental market. If you wish to participate in an interview, there will be an opportunity for you to provide your contact information at the end of the survey.

If this study has harmed you in any way you can contact Dr Clare Herrick at King's College London using the details below for further advice and information.

Thank you in advance for taking your time to complete the questionnaire. If you require further information, please contact me using the details below.
