Welcome to A Big Gay Market 🌈  2026 IOOV BIPOC Pride Pop Up Market @ Washington Park (Knox Street Mall) in Albany! 

With that being said, please fill out the below form if you are interested in being a vendor for the upcoming A Big Gay Market 🌈  2026 IOOV BIPOC Pride Pop Up Market @ Washington Park (Knox Street Mall) in Albany on  Saturday, June 13th from 12PM - 5PM.

This market is centered on celebrating and uplifting LGBTQIA+ BIPOC makers and artists - however - we do welcome white accomplices but do know this space is centered on LGBTQIA+ BIPOC communities. This decision was informed by the organizers of IOOV's BIPOC Pride. This market's beneficiary is In Our Own Voices.

🌈Market Logistics & Deadlines
  • This market has a 75 vendor cap and we will close applications when either that cap is met OR by the 5/1 deadline - whichever comes first. 
  • We offer a sliding scale vendor fee from $45 to $95 max to pay our organizer, offset costs of advertising, vendor snacks and drinks, event insurance, and more. 
  • Food+ Beverage Vendors + Farm stand must provide documentation of being able to sell food and drinks in New York State emailed to Cyren at c@abiggaymarket.com before 5/1.
  • This is an outdoor market. You will have to bring a 10x10 tent, tables, and chairs for your space with weights equal or more than 40lbs. You WILL be turned away if you do not have weights as it is a safety hazard for those with tents. 
  • This market does NOT have a rain date and will not have a rain date. We are at the discretion of In Our Own Voices and their weather calls and decisions. Vendor fees will not be refunded but can be transferred to a larger A Big Gay Market in 2027 if you so choose.
  • You MUST pay your vendor fee by LATEST 5/1. If you register, but do not pay your vendor fee by then - we will give your spot to a vendor on the waitlist. 
🚨When you submit this form and issue your vendor fee payment by the 5/1 deadline, please consider your application ACCEPTED. You will your first vendor logistical email !🚨
