If you have registered for the conference dinner as a regular participant, an invoice for 65 euro will be sent to you. The conference secretariat will first send you a questionnaire to be completed in advance.
The conference secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration.
In the case of cancellation before the registration deadline (15/03/2019), no administration fee will be charged.
In the case of cancellation after the registration deadline (15/03/2019) and in the case of no- show at the conference, the conference secretariat reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 30 EUR (without registration for the conference dinner) or 90 EUR (with registration for the conference dinner).
Cancellation includes: explicit cancellation and non-attendance at the event for whatever reason, except for reasons of force majeure.
A person who has registered for the conference but is unable to participate can be replaced by someone else. A participant can only be replaced by another person after notification to the conference secretariat no later than 2 working days before the start of the conference.
Alterations: Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please email any changes to the conference secretariat -
By completing the registration form you agree with the terms and conditions of this event. All the information provided will be treated with confidentiality, privacy and security. It will not be disclosed to any third parties aside the reviewers of the selection panel.
By completing the registration form your email address will be added to the RE-InVEST mailing list. This mailing list will only be used for the dissemination of project updates, newsletters and policy briefs, and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Unsubscribing from this mailing list is possible in each project communication.
A photographer can attend the event. Photos taken at our events can be used in the dissemination on this event or on the RE-InVEST project. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event organiser about this.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
