Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables and chairs.
Food Vendor - $75
Art or Craft Vendor - $50 - one 10 x 10 space
Resell Vendor - $100 - one 10 x 10 space
Non Profit Organization - $0 - one 10 x 10 space

Food Vendors ABC/&/or Dept of Health Certificate No.
(ABC/Dept of Health certificates must be displayed at all times during the festival, Copies of the certificates should be emailed to
Vendors who market food or face painting must have their insurance agent email or fax us a Certificate of Insurance showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed (Certificate must name Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County, 8 Neptune Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, as an additional Insured.)
