There are two major steps each new member must take to join College Houses:

Submit your contract request detailing your house/room preferences.
Submit your housing contract along with the required documentation and your deposit and new member fees.

Rental Policies and Procedures

College Houses Members members must be at least 18 years of age at the date of move in.

College Houses membership is open to students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester (fall and spring) at a local, non-profit institute of higher education.

College Houses members must complete up to 6 hours of house labor (chores) per week. This may include cooking, cleaning, leadership positions, administrative work, yard work, and basic maintenance.

College Houses is committed to fostering an environment for people of all identities to thrive and be able to fully participate in their community. We strive to provide housing free from harassment and we do not tolerate any form of hostility, assault, or offensive conduct, including speech, towards a person or group.

College Houses adheres strictly to all requirements of the federal and city Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate against any applicant for any reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or age.
