April CPR Class Interest Form

Use this form to register your interest for a class in April (date to be determined).
This course is being taught by CPR American Heart Association, and will teach participants how to give CPR, how and when to help someone who is choking, and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). It is designed for people with little to no medical training who want to be able to respond quickly to a medical emergency.
The course fee is $15, payable by cash or check to the instructor.
