9-12th grade Course Change Request Form
Hello students,

The list of course requests we received from you has been sent to your parents email. If you don't see it, be sure to check the spam folder. Forms have been sent to the email address of the primary parent listed when you registered at AHS. This document is a list to confirm your course requests - it is not your schedule. Please review this list carefully. If you do not have six classes listed or if you would like to make any changes to your requests, you must complete this change request google form. All change requests must be submitted to this form by Wednesday, May 12th. Requests to change courses after May 12th will not be considered.

Do not submit your change requests multiple times. Students will not receive an updated course request verification. We make every effort to accommodate submitted requests for course changes, but no courses are guaranteed. Final schedules will be distributed during the Maze Days in August.

Due to the volume of requests, the following classes will be unavailable next year: Living Earth Honors, AP Physics 2, Digital Photography 2, Digital Photography 1 for 9th-11th grades, Chinese 4, AP Chinese, AP Spanish Literature, Web Design, Women’s Studies, Sociology for 9th-11th grades, CA History for 9th-11th grades, Kinesiology, Club Fitness, Yoga, Weight Training, Precalculus Honors, Entrepreneurial Marketing for 9th-10th grade, Entrepreneurship for 9th-10th grade, Peer Resources, and Public Speaking.

Please be aware that semester grades and completion of summer school courses may affect your eligibility for classes. For rising 10th-12th graders, if you requested an AP course or off campus ROP course and have not yet submitted the appropriate contract, please complete the contract(s) in order to remain in these courses. Both the AP contract and off campus ROP contract can be found here (https://tinyurl.com/ymz398jp). Your AP courses and/or off campus ROP course may be dropped if no contract is submitted.

For rising 10th-12th graders, if you have any questions or concerns, please drop in to your counselor’s office hours (Monday-Friday, 8-9am).

For incoming 9th graders, If you have any questions or concerns, please drop in to Ms. Ayriss’ office hours (Monday-Friday, 8-9am).
